Mac & Milly offer free local pickup from our Store located at: Shop 6E, 20 Highett Street Mansfield, Victoria 3722.
Our Store Hours are:
Mon - Fri 9.30am–5pm
Sat - 9am–1pm
Mac & Milly ship to all States in Australia. Unfortunately we do not ship outside Australia at this time.
Mac & Milly ships all goods with Australia Post Parcel service, or selected courier services, from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
Mac & Milly aim to give you the best possible price for shipping. We offer free local pickup and charge for delivery by weight.
BULKY, HEAVY & VERY FRAGILE ITEMS
Selected items in our store are not available for immediate online purchase due to size, weight or fragility. Please contact us direct to arrange payment and pickup or we will provide a shipping estimate from selected couriers.
Most items are shipped within 24 hours with standard delivery. If your order is urgent, please contact us direct and we will do our best to ensure a speedy delivery. Please note that during high-volume or sale periods, or due to COVID-19 restrictions, there may be delays.
All items have tracking. If you are not at home when your delivery arrives, the item may be left if safe, or a card will be left for you to collect it from your local Australia Post office.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase as much as we do. Something not quite right? We're here to help.
All items sold and sent from Mac & Milly are quality checked before shipping. We package all goods carefully to avoid any possible breakages.
However if your delivery arrives in damaged condition or you believe the goods are faulty, we request that you contact us within 48 hours and provide photo evidence. We will pay for return postage costs. We may refund or replace the item (pending availability) or provide a store credit. All refunds will be processed in a timely manner.
Mac & Milly is not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier's part.
CHANGE OF MIND
Mac & Milly does not offer refunds for change of mind on purchases or Gift Cards. We may offer an exchange subject to availability and return costs will be the responsibility of the customer. The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date and be in saleable condition and/or original packaging.
Mac & Milly credit notes can be used in-store or via direct contact, are non-transferable, and valid for a period of 12 months from date of issue.
